When Hannah Lapp's life is torn apart by unthinkable tragedy, it seems no one in her old order Amish community understands. Faced with viscous rumors and heart-rending decisions, Hannah's faith begins to grow as she learns to trust God with her pain and with her future.
This book was so good! Emotional, intense, and just wow. At times, I just wanted to cry along with Hannah and her pain, but at the same time it was beautiful to watch her grow in faith and find healing. I recommend this for more mature readers, because Hannah is taken advantage of and the description is not graphic, but you clearly understand what's going on. This is so different from any other Amish fiction I have ever read, but what a great story!
