The Christmas Sweater by Glenn Beck
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
All young Eddie wants for Christmas is a bicycle. But when his Mother gives him a homemade sweater that he hates, he is heart broken and angry. As Eddie's anger begins to control him, his Grandfather and a mysterious neighbor try to help him find his way.
This was a really good book with a happy, if somewhat unusual, ending. It has some great lessons in it as well. And if there is one thing Glen Beck can do, it is drawing up realistic and touching characters. I really enjoyed this book, although I thought the end was just a tiny bit strange. It is definitely worth reading this Christmas!
